Surface: I painted this project on a vintage cake cover I purchased at a flea market. Please feel free to enlarge or reduce the pattern to fit your surface. Paints: DecoArt Americana acrylics: Antique Gold Deep, Antique Green, Burnt Orange, Charcoal Grey, Driftwood, Heritage Brick, Plantation Pine, Sand Grey, Soft Black, True Ochre, Yellow Ochre. Mediums: Americana matte sealer/finish spray, Americana multi-purpose sealer. Miscellaneous supplies: Flat grey spray paint, permanent fine point marker, (optional, for stich lines) Tim Holtz stencil THS034 available at Cupboard Distributing, white vinegar and old rag for cleaning. Brushes: Assorted flats, angle shader, liner, dry brushes. I use Dynasty Black Gold brushes, the Mezzaluna dry brushes and Chris Haugheys script liner and awesome 1/8-inch angle shader for small areas. Stencil brush or make-up sponge.
