10 Year Anniversary edition. Originally published in 2012, Art of the Harvest is a tangible art-piece that shows the spark of inspiration that led to the founding of Curio Spice Co. in 2015. Prior to founding the business, Claire conducted research on the history of saffron in ancient Greece and its connection with present-day production. The book is a whimsical exploration of the spice and its history, including original prose, photography and watercolor paintings. It also includes recipes inspired by the village cooks of Kozani, Greece.
